Payment / Server Fix

Hi everyone. We noticed a couple issues with payment gateways via Stripe yet again! This has been redone with new webhooks, ensuring your payments are getting confirmed right away. Please let us know if there are any more bugs :)

Also fixed a bug of cancelling servers immediately with refund amounts.
